I'm living my dream in Costa Rica... what is yours?
As someone who has long been passionate about health and well-being, I've always been drawn to the wellness industry. Throughout my personal journey, I've experienced both love and joy, as well as challenges, traumas, and difficult life situations. It is this unique combination of experiences that drives me to share my knowledge and expertise with others. I proudly hold certifications as a Health & Life Coach, Integration Coach, Personal Trainer, and most recently, Plant Medicine Integration Coach. Beyond these titles, I am also proud to be a Mom, Nanni, and Wife. Above all, my ultimate goal is to empower others to live the life of their dreams, just as I am living mine.

Being an avid spiritual student committed to lifelong learning, I courageously embarked on a personal exploration journey to deeply understand my motivations, habits, triggers, emotions, and other aspects of myself that had been on auto-pilot for far too long. Working with mentors and teachers, both renowned and lesser-known, I have delved into various modalities and worked with different coaches. From breath-work to psychedelics to talk therapy, I have used a combination of disciplines and practices to find my center and embrace peace, joy, and contentment.
Challenges have never intimidated me; in fact, they invigorate me with a "Bring It On!" mentality that permeates every aspect of my life and coaching style. As a coach, mentor, cheerleader, and negotiator, I wholeheartedly embrace my role.
Having experienced different seasons of life and recently embarking on a journey to build my dreams in Costa Rica, I have tapped into the empowered woman within me. My greatest passion lies in helping individuals discover their heartfelt "why". With compassion and love for my business, I guide my clients in envisioning the transformation they yearn for.
In addition to providing customized coaching programs equipped with tools and systems, I offer invaluable accountability and support during challenging times. I am straightforward and unafraid to deliver honest truths that bring clarity to my clients. If you seek results, I am committed to keeping it real and not holding back.
I am a straight shooter and will not back away from telling hard truths to give my clients clarity.
